Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 7 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)*Chicken Broth, Swanson fat free, low sodium, 2 cup (remove)*20 OZ BOTTLED WATER, 2 serving (remove)*Blue Bonnet "Light" Margarine, 2 tbsp (remove)*Salt and Pepper to taste, 1 serving (remove)*flour self rising, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
placed potato chunks in heavy boiler with broth, water, margarine, and salt and pepper and boil until potatoes are almost tender. whisk flour into a thin paste with cold water then temper and whisk with hot stew before adding to the boiling stew. reduce heat and simmer on low for 30 minutes until stew is thick.
