Parmesan Pesto Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water2 packets active dry yeast1 1/2 Tbsp sugar2 tsp salt4 cups white flour1/2 cup sun-dried tomato pesto1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Proof yeast in water with sugar.

Add salt and flour. Kneading until dry dough ball forms.

Let raise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until doubled. Punch down. Let rest for 10 minutes. Spread dough out into large rectangle. Spread with pesto and parmesan cheese. Roll up. Cut into 18 rolls and place in pan. Let rise again.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
