1 Sweet Potato (medium)1 Banana1 cup rolled Oats1 cup Almond Milk1/2 cup Water1/4 cup assorted nuts1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. all spicepinch of salt
Skin sweet potato, boil for 10 minutes. Bring Almond Milk and Water to a boil, timing it with the sweet potato. While you're waiting for them to boil, pour your Oats in a bowl and add Cinnamon, All Spice and Salt. Ground up your nuts and sprinkle over the top. Slice up a Banana and add to the bowl before pouring in your Almond Milk/Water.
