8 ounce pkg cream cheese.25 cup splenda1 egg.50 tsp vanilla
Soften cream cheese in microwave. Add other ingredients. Beat with mixer until smooth. Pour into muffin pans lined with papers or silicone muffin cups. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until tops begin to brown.
