My Version of the biggest loser salad

Ingredients
1 cup lettuce1/4 cucumber1 roma tomato1/8 of a red onion3 basil leavessome olivessome parmesan cheeseDressing:5 tbls olive oiljuice of 1 lemon2 tbls honeysalt and pepper
Directions
Mix the dressing and let chill while you cut up the salad stuff. Chop everything in small bite size pieces for a nice chopped salad effect. Toss with dressing and chill for about 10 minutes before eating.

Serving Size: 1 or 2 servings makes a good size portion
