Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1/2 chopped red pepper1/2 cup chopped red onion2 stalks celery chopped1/2 tsp. ground cumin3 tbsp. chili powder1/4 tsp. dried oregano dash ground cinnamonsalt and pepper to taste1 can diced tomatoes for chili1 can black beans1 can light kidney beans1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste3 cups water
Directions
Makes 6 servings

Brown ground turkey in 1 Tbsp olive oil. Add vegetables and continue to brown until turkey is done. Add seasonings and stir well. Add beans, tomato paste and water. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.
