Oatmeal Pancake

Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup *Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain, .75 cupBaking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, .5 tsp *Splenda, 2 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
Cook on lightly oiled griddle, about 3 minutes, flip and cook til done.
Serve with syrup or yogurt and berries.
