Ingredients
1 1/3 cups warm water1tbsp yeast1tbsp honey3 cups flour1 tsp salt
Directions
mix water yeast and honey - let sit until foamy approx 10 min
added flour and salt and kneed until smooth dough
let rest until doubled in size
punch down and form into 2 or more pizza crusts
