morroccan stew with greens

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil1 Small onion chopped3-4 garlic cloves chopped1 sweet potato,peeled and chopped in about 10 piecesabout 1 lb. of kale1 small can of tomato sauce1tbsp. of dried italian seasoning1 small can of chick peas1 tbsp of curry powder1tsp salt 1tsp black pepper1cup water
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add tomato sauce saute for a couple of min. Add the rest of the ingrediants. Cover and cook until vegetables are cooked. I used canned chick peas.
You can serve it with couscous or rice
