Ingredients
2 cups Kale ( I just used one large stem with the leaves)1 cup spinach1/4 cp. Pineapple 1/2 a medium Apple ( I used Fuji)1 large celery stalk6 baby carrots1/2 cp. Frozen raspberries1 small banana1/2 peeled cucumber1/4 cp Nasoya Silken Tofu2 cps. Vanilla Almond Milk (I used Winn Dixie) 1 cup ice1 tablespoon Light Organic Agave Nectar
Directions
Wash veggies and fruits well. If you are looking for more fiber include the stem of the Kale, otherwise you can remove it. I have seen complaints about the very small kale stem pieces in smoothies online, but it doesn't bother me so I keep the stems on. Just place everything in your blender andgive it a good whizz!
