Beef Stroganoff with Red Wine

Ingredients
Lean Ground Beef 8ozLow Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup 1canFat Free MIlk 1cFresh Mushrooms 1c choppedDried Onion Flakes 2TbsLow Fat Sour Cream .25cRed Wine .5ozSmart Balance Light Spread 1Tbs
Directions
Saute mushrooms in butter spread. In separate pan, brown hamburger and onion. In a bowl, wisk soup and milk together. Add the soup mixture and wine to the beef, simmer until thickened. Add sour cream stir and cook until heated through. Add mushrooms. Pour beef mixture over warm noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings, 1.5c each.
