Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 1.25 cup (1 serving)*Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cupEgg, fresh, 1 largeApplesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup*Molasses, blackstrap, 2 tbspVanilla Extract, 1 tspArrowhead Mills Whole Grain Organic Rye Flour, 1 servingBaking Powder, 1 tspBaking Soda, 1 tspSalt, 1 dashBanana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Walnuts, .5 cup, choppedHain Natural Turbinado Sugar, 25 tsp (.5 cup)
Combine everything in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly until everything is blended very well.
Place cup cake papers in your cupcake pan, then laddle a sufficient amount of the batter into each.
Bake in the oven at 350 degree F for approximately 25 minutes.
Should make between 12-14 muffins. Enjoy!
