Sweet & Tangy Fruit & Veggie Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 1/2 Honeycrisp Apples - Chopped3/4 Cup Red Onion - Chopped1 English Cucumber - Chopped (seeds removed)1 Cup Chopped Red Vine Tomatos (seeds removed)1/2 Cup Craisins - chopped (measure first)1 Package Barilla Veggie Rotini (green) 12 Tbsp = 3/4 Cup Marzetti Simpy Pomegranate Dressing3 Tbsp Kraft Mayonnaise Sea Salt to taste
Directions
Chop up the fruits and vegetables and combine in a large bowl (I prefer small pieces). Cook the pasta per package directions, al dente, drain and rinse with cold water, pat dry, mix with fruits & veggies. Whisk the dressing and mayo together, add sea salt to taste. Pour over pasta and mix well. Enjoy! Makes about eleven 1-cup servings.
