Grands Easy Taco Melt

Ingredients
1 pound 93% lean beef, cooked and drained1 1/2 cups thick salsa1 16.3 ounce can Pillsbury Grands Biscuits1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Directions
In 10-inch skillet, mix cooked ground beef and 1/2 cup salsa. Cook over medium-high heat until heated through.

Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture and 1 Tbsp cheese in center of each biscuit. Fold dough in half over filling. Press and seal. Place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375° for 9 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with remaining salsa.
