Easy 'cream' of cauliflower soup

Ingredients
1 cup frozen cauliflower pieces1 cup water1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt1/2 Tbs butter (optional)1 bouillon cube (optional)hot sauce to taste (optional)
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine water, bouillon and cauliflower. Cover and bring to boil. Boil until cauliflower is tender (5-10 minutes) and remove from heat.

Add yogurt, butter and hot sauce. Using hand-held mixer, blend until smooth.

Makes 2 servings (1 cup each).
