Chicken Fried Quinoa (Fried rice substitute)

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive Oil1.5 ounces of cooked cubed chicken1 cup cooked (.5 dry) quinoaChopped Bell Peppers
Directions
Put olive oil in small fry pan
add half cup chopped bell peppers, saute for a few minutes until they get soft
add chopped cubed chicken saute until warm
add Quinoa (1 cup cooked) saute until warmed through
