Sticky sweet veggie rice

2 cups basameti brown rice1 can crushed pineapple with juice1 carrot shredded1/2 cup swiss chard, ribbon cut
Directions
Cook rice to instructions. Add pineapple, carrots, chard and juice and cook the last five minutes, let stand.
