Baked Kale

Ingredients
1 Bunch Kale, Lacinato or other1 TbL Tamari1 - 2 TBL Ex Virgin Oilive Oil
Directions
Chop kale into small pieces, removing center stem if desired (it's kind a chewy). Toss kale in a large bowl and drizzle in live oil and tamari. sprinkle in pepper and stir well. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake approx 20 minutes, stirring every 5 min. Kale is done when crispy.
