Greek Grilled Zucchini

Ingredients
2 medium zucchini1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive OilSalt Free Greek Seasoning
Directions
Wash zuccchini & slice each into 4 long slices.
Lightly brush each side with olive oil and then sprinkle liberally with greek seasoning.

Place on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve alongside any Mediteranean inspired main course for the perfect side dish.
