Apple Bars

Preaheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 inch square baking pan with vegetable cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium bown, combine apples, eggs, sugar, butter, splenda and vanilla
In another bowl combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt. Mix well. Add Craisins, and pecans. mix to combine. Add flour mixture to apple mixture until just combined. Spread into prepared pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30-35 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack and cool completely. Cut into squares or triangles.
