Nick's Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
1 yellow onion2 red bell peppers3/4 lb breakfast sausage4 c shredded cheese18 eggs15 10" flour tortillas
Directions
Saute veggies and sausage in a large pot then add eggs when sausage is fully cooked and the veggies are desired doneness. Stir until eggs are fully cooked. I then dump the whole mess into a collander to drain excess water. It makes the assembly of the burritos much cleaner/neater and the burritos won't be soggy.
