Slow-Cooked Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
Beef, shortribs, 3.46 lb., (About 10 boneless short ribs)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 lb., wholeChicken Bouillon, 3 tsp (3 cubes)Hot water, 1 cupWhite onion, raw, .5 cup, choppedMinced garlic, 2 tspThyme, ground, 1 tbspRosemary, dried, 1 tbspSalt and pepper to tasteGravy (optional)Flour
Directions
Wipe off the tops of the mushrooms and place in the bottom of the slow-cooker with onions. Grind fresh salt and pepper over the veggies. Mix the bouillon in water until dissolved and stir in garlic. Place ribs on top of veggies and pour bouillon mixture over meat. Sprinkle thyme and rosemary liberally over meat. Cover win lid and set to LOW for 8 hours.
