Ingredients
Eye of Round Steak from Walmart, 10.62 ozVeggies, Pictsweet Mixed Vegetable-Frozen, 8 servingGreat Value Beef Broth, 2 cupMushrooms, 1 canned4 Red Potato, (459 grams)Celery, raw, 3 medium stalk, medium Corn Starch, 4 tbsp1 cup water with the brothHeart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup1% Milk, 1/2 cup
Directions
I browned the beef. Then added the broth and the onions, then the frozen vegetables and other ingredients. I cooked this on top of the stove until tender. About 30 minutes on low.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

In a 13X9 cake pan place the beef mixture in the bottom; then mix the Bisquick and milk & add the mixture to the top of the beef mixture. I cooked it until golden brown. About 30 minutes [but check it as my toaster oven takes less time].

Serving Size: 4 servings 13X9 [big serving]!
