96% ground beef, 16 oz Milk, 2%, .25 cup Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup cookedNewman's Own Bandito Chunky Salsa Peach, 12 Tbsp, (6 serving)Onions, dehydrated flakes, 6 tbsp. (to taste)Salt to tastePepper, black to taste
