Chocolate chip oatmeal breakfast cookies

Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oatmeal3 tsp cornstarch1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 large eggs1/4 cup applesauce1/4 cup maple syrup1/2 cup olive oil2 tsp vanilly1 cup chocolate chips.
Directions
put 2 cups of the oatmeal in the food processor and process until flour like. Add other dry ingrediants (except chips) and process a bit. Add all liquid ingreadiants and process until mixed. Mix chocolate chips in by hand. Scoop a heaping tablespoon for each cookie. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

Serving Size:�1 cookie (heaping tablespoon of batter)
