artichoke hearts, best fresh vacuum packed, but canned will doParmesan cheese, freshly gratedolive oilwalnuts, best toasted and cooled, can substitute with other nutsgarlic, just a little, half a clovesalt, dash (optional)anchovy paste (optional)
Directions
put all ingredients in food processor and turn into a paste

can be frozen for later

Serving Size: 4 or 5 chip or veggie small scoops per serving
