I blend these ingredients together to get more fruits and vegetables in my diet. My blender is great so I just add whole ingredients (peeled and seeded, of course!)1 banana1.5 c frozen blueberries (or any unsweetened frozen fruit)2 c fresh baby spinach1 or 2 fresh, raw carrots1 c unsweetened coconut water (or green tea)protein powder (I used Maca, whey would also work)flax or chia seedsany vegetable (I've used fresh red sweet peppers, asparagus, baby artichoke hearts, cucumbers, celery, anything)
seed, chop into large pieces, blend
