Banana Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium banana, cut up and frozen1 Tbls Almond Butter, unsweetened1 Tbls brown flax seeds.5 c vanilla almond milk.5 tsp honey2 drops vanilla extract
Directions
Cut banana up into pieces and freeze overnight. Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until creamy.
