Beef and spinach manicotti

Ingredients
14 uncooked manicotti pasta shells1 lb extra lean (4%) ground beef1 medium onion, chopped4 teaspoons finely chopped garlic2 cup fat-free cottage cheese2 teaspoon Italian seasoning20 oz fresh spinach2.5 cups Prego Heart Smart marinara sauce0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook pasta shells as directed on box. Rinse with cool water; drain well.
Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is no longer pink. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat. Stir in cottage cheese and Italian seasoning.
Spoon beef mixture into shells; arrange in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon marinara sauce over shells. Bake at 375 uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: 8 servings; 2 stuffed manicotti per serving
