Chiles Rellanos

Ingredients
1 large can whole green chiles5 eggs1 15 oz can tomato sauce1 pound jack cheese, shredded1 13 oz can evaporated milk4 Tbs. flour
Directions
Cut open chiles and rinse seeds out.
In 9x13 pan, layer 1/2 chilis, 1/2 cheese twice.
Mix eggs, flour and evaporated milk in blender and pour over the chilis and cheese. Top with 15 oz can tomato sauce.
Bake uncovered at 350 til brown and bubbly at the edges and set in the middle.
