Stuffed Roasted Bell Pepper

Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"Onions, raw, .25 medium (2-1/2" dia) Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slicesGreat Value Colby and Jack Cheese 1 Slice, 1 serving Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 4 oz (about a half cup cooked)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown turkey and add salt, garlic pepper and basil.
Rinse vegetables thoroughly.
Chop onion.
Cut off top and clean out seeds from inside of pepper.
Stuff pepper with meat, onion and mushrooms.
Place peppers in oven for 25 minutes.
Take out.
Place Cheese Slice on top and then place back into oven for 5 more minutes.
Once done, allow to sit for a couple minutes and then enjoy.
