Spring Tuna Salad

1 four oz can of Bumblebee Tuna in water, drained1 Cucumber slice about and inch thick, chopped1/4 of a yellow or red onion, chopped1 medium tomato, chopped3 tablespoons Nathans Deli Style Mustard or equivalent with zero calories1 teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tablespoon of lemon juice1 teaspoon Cains All Natural Mayonnaise or equivalent
- Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.
- Peel and slice the cucumber, chopping it into small pieces. Then chop the onion and tomatoes, then add them in with the tuna.
-Measure out mayonnaise, extra virgin olive oil, mustard, and lemon juice: add them into the tuna and mix well.
Then you are all set! Add to a sandwich or eat it plain with an orange or brown rice.
