Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white flour6 Tbsp sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp soda1/2 tsp salt3 very ripe bananas, mashed or blended briefly1/4 cup milk (soy)2 Tbsp applesauce2 Tbsp honey3 eggs
Directions
blend dry ingredients. Add remaining ingrediets, beat until well blended. Put in oiled loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350. Makes 10 slices
