Mexican Fiesta Spaghetti

16 oz Ground Turkey (93% lean)1/2 cup Onion, chopped1/2 cup Green Pepper, chopped15 oz can Tomato Sauce1 env Taco Seasoning4 cups water8 oz Whole Wheat SpaghettiReduced Fat Shredded Cheddar (optional)
Combine in a deep skillet or pot the ground turkey, chopped onion and chopped green pepper. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink and the veggies are tender. Add the 4 cups of water, taco seasoning and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Add the pasta. Reduce heat and simmer cover until pasta is cooked. (About 10 minutes). Stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't stick to the bottom of pot. Top with reduced fat shredded cheddar. Enjoy!
