Ground Beef and Veggie Saute

Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground beefI can diced tomatoes (with liquid)1 small can tomato sauce1 cup raw onion3 cloves garlic (chopped)2 cups fresh, chopped cabbage1or 2 zucchini (chopped)
Directions
Brown beef and drain. Add chopped onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, add tomatoes, tomato sauce, cover and simmer at medium low for 5 minutes, add chopped cabbage,cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add green pepper and zucchini, cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
