Are you supposed to beat the whites before adding them? Or why are the eggs separated? - 1/1/10

Please answer LIZZIEAM's question. Also, what happened to the Salt and Pepper? Can butter be used instead of Margarine? Margarine is gross... - 7/9/10

I put my turkey, mixed with some lobster paste, into bottom of casserole, and the rest of ingredients, mixed the same way as in recipe, over top. Its a big pouffy souffle with its own sauce. Invert onto platter or serve directly from dish. - 2/28/09

This was a very good, filling meal with a side of salad and some fruit compote to round-out the dinner. I will definitely make this again. - 9/2/07
