Directions
Soak beans overnight... drain, rinse and add 2 quarts of water. Cook in crockpot.
Cook up sausage on stove - drain. Add onion and garlic. Add sausage/onion/garlic/tomatoes/lemon juice to beans. Cook until beans are soft.
