0.25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A0.5 package (2 lb) Broccoli, frozen6.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked453.0 gram(s) cheese Velveta 2% 1oz=(28)4.0 serving Crackers, Ritz Hint of Salt (5 crackers)
Follow cooking instructions on Broccoli and Cauliflower bag and then drain.
Melt velveta and milk in saucepan.
Preheat over to 350.
In a baking pan put broccoli & cauliflower. Pour velveta over broccoli and cauliflower. Then crush crackers over the cheese, broccoi, and cauliflower.
Bake for 20 minutes.
