Ingredients
1 - 515g Box Duncan Hines Devils Food Chocolate Moist Deluxe Cake Mix3 Large Eggs (2 for a lighter recipe or 3 egg whites)1 1/3 cup of water (333ml) - (for a richer recipe substitute water with milk).1/2 cup oil (125ml)2tbsps of Becel Margarine
Follow the directions on the box.
The only thing I do differently than the directions is use Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
If you want to make the recipe richer, substitute water with milk.
If you want to make the recipe lighter, reduce by one egg, or use egg whites only. Use water as directed.
Also, I grease the sides of my baking pans with margarine, which adds calories. For less calories, don't do this.
Serving Size: Makes a double layer cake with 12 1-inch servings (this includes all ingredients as well as frosting)
