Nikki's Salisbury steaks with brown gravy

Ingredients
Ground chuck (1.5 - 2 lbs)1 Medium onion1 Clove garlic1/2 Green PepperSteakhouse Seasoning grinderSaltPepperKnorr Gravy MixWater
Directions
Mix all ingredients except gravy mix. Shape into oval patties. Fry in dry frying pan until heated through. Remove from pan. Prepare gravy mix/water in same pan, using drippings from meat and scraping bottom of pan. Return steaks to gravy pan. Serve each with gravy.
