Turkey, yam and bean casserole

1 lb ground turkey breast1/2 cup chopped green onion1 can cream of chicken soup1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt2 medium yams, sliced2 cup green beans2 oz cheddar cheese, shredded1/4 cup Special K cereal
Brown turkey and onion together in skillet. Set aside. Boil sliced yams for five minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Place yams in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add turkey. Combine soup and yogurt on a bowl. Add desired seasonings (worsteshire sauce, pepper, salt, thyme, etc.). Pour over turkey. Spread beans on top of sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and cereal. Bake a 305 degrees for one hour or until bubbly. Enjoy! Serves 5.
