Paleo Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
- Big Lettuce Leaves- 1.25 lbs ground turkey- 1 Cup mushrooms- 1/2 Cup chopped water chestnuts- 1 Tsp sesame oil- 1 Tbsp honey- 3 Tbsp gluten free soy sauce (or liquid aminos)- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar- 1 Tsp ground ginger- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. In skillet, heat sesame oil over medium.
2. Add ground turkey and cook until almost done.
3. Add in mushrooms and water chestnuts and cook until mushrooms soften a little bit.
4. Add in soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, and salt.

Serve mixture in big bowl and let guests spoon it onto the lettuce themselves.
