Seafood Chicken Paella

Ingredients
Pallea1 tbsp Olive oil6 Spring Onions2 tsp Minced garlic3 Chicken breasts1 Green bell pepper2 Celery stalks10 Cocktail tomatoes1 bag Seafood mix (Walmart) 22oz2 tbsp Old bay seasoningRice4 cups of extra long grain rice
Directions
Saute Spring Onions and garlic til the garlic browns lightly. Add chopped chicken breast, cook until the chicken is completely white.
Add chopped bell pepper, celery and sliced tomatoes. Cook on medium heat until the vegetables are done. Add seafood mix and old bay seasoning, cook another 10min until the seafood is done.
Prepare rice according to package. Serve the paella over rice.
