Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
Corned Beed Brisket Point CutCabbage - Head, large
Directions
Cook the corned beef, including spices over medium high heat for 2.5 hours

Rinse and chop the cabbage
Boil some water, butter, sale and pepper for the cabbage
Cook it over medium heat when the corned beef has been cooking for 2 hours
Use some of the juice from the brisket for the cabbage
Remove the brisket once time is up
Slice or chop
Add to cabbage
Let simmer for 15-20mins
Serve
