Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lb lean ground turkey 1 large egg1/2 cup almond meal1/4 cup grated parmesan cheesesalt to taste pepper to taste1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp onion powderNote- You could add fresh or dried basil or oregano, my kids are very picky eaters so I leave these out
Directions
Mix all ingredients and form into golf ball sized meatballs. Spray a non stick skillet lightly with coconut oil and cook until cooked though on medium heat.

Serving Size: Makes 24 golf ball sized meatballs
