Whole Wheat Oatmeal Cookies with walnuts, craisins and chocolate

Ingredients
1/4 cup oil1/4 cup apple butter, mashed banana or pumpkin puree1 egg1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)1/4 cup granulated sugar3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats1/2 tsp cinammon.5 tsp baking powder.25 tsp baking sodaOptional (Use one, two or all three!)1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/3 cup chocolate chips1/2 cup craisins
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients in one bowl and then dry ingredients (excluding addins like walnuts) separately. Next, stir wet into dry until just combined.
Spoon onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
