Thai Spicy Beef

Ingredients
1. Green Beans French style, 1 cup 2. Bamboo shoots, cooked, 1.25 cup 3. 1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper4. Fish Sauce, 3 tbsp 5. Filet Mignon, 6 oz 6. Coconut Milk, Chaokoh, 2 cup 7. Red Curry paste, 2 tbsp8. Garlic, 1tsp9. Oil, 2 tbsp10. 6 Lime Leaves11. Thai Basil (to taste)
Directions
Put 7&8 in pan with 9. (i use coconut oil) let cook for 45 seconds. Add 5 and 2 tbsp of 6. mix well. once browned add all ingredients except 11. cook until meat and vegetables are cooked through, then add 11.
