Crockpot Turkey Breast

4-5lb fresh or frozen turkey breast.1 can family sized cream of mushroom soup16 oz. watercuminground red pepperthymegarlic
Remove the skin and any fat from a fresh or thawed turkey. Wash the meat and place it in a crockpot. Add the can of soup, water, and spices to taste.
Cook on high for an hour, then turn the crockpot to low and let cook for 7 hours or more. The meat should be at least 190 F to be done. If it sits overnight and is longer than 8 total hours, that's fine.
The amount of servings will depend on how big the breast is. There are 4 servings per pound.
