1 cup dry roasted Peanuts 1/2 cup fresh shredded coconut5 to 6 green chillies1 tbsp tamarind pulpSalt as per tasteWater to grind.Tempering1 tsp oil1 tsp black mustard seeds1 tsp cumin seeds1/4 tsp hing2 red chillies
Add all the ingredients into a mixie jar and grind to a smooth paste.
Fry the tempering ingredients in hot oil and add to the chutney. Serve with idlis or dosas.
