Bean Dip Burritos

Ingredients
1 can fat free refried beans1 jar salsa2 cans diced green chiles1 lb lean ground turkey1.5 tbs corn starch1 tsp beef bouillon1 tbs dried minced onion1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp chili powder1/8 tsp black pepper3/4 c water8 oz 2% Mexican Cheese Blend1/2 c sliced green onion16 whole wheat tortillas
Directions
1. In bottom of 9 inch square dish mix beans and salsa. Top with half of cheese.

2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Add ground turkey. Brown. Drain and rinse. Return to pan and add corn starch, beef bouillon, minced onion, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, pepper, and water. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

3. Pour meat over cheese. Top with green chiles, then remaining cheese. Sprinkle onions on top.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly. Meanwhile, warm tortillas in oven or microwave.

5. Spread 1/16th of bean and meat mixture across each tortilla. Fold in top and bottom ends of tortilla and roll up sides to form burritos. Arrange on large baking sheet, seam side down, and broil for 1-3 minutes, until tioritlla is lightly browned.
